Art Quilt Challenge

Starting in January I will be taking part in an art quilt challenge, more new ground but great pactice for designing things. The organiser, Jane, has sent me this photo which is to be my inspiration for the challenge.

Lucky you, this is nice :) I love the effect of the different intensities of light , and the second shelf is softened a bit by being out of focus - lots of possibilities, you'll have fun with this.
Not exactly "Art quilt" related jammie,but DO go have a look at Darilyn's lace knitting!
